linda Linda Krebs, RYT500, E-RYT200, Yoga Therapy Linda’s interest in yoga has been lifelong, however, has become her main focus in the past 10 years. Knowing that yoga would be a natural healing for anxiety, she became a serious student of yoga and from there began her teacher training. She has been a registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance since 2008 and has taught over 1000 hours of group classes and private sessions since, upgrading her certification to an ERYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) in 2012, and is near completion of Pranayoga’s 500 hour Advanced Teacher Training program with Vani. Linda’s passion for yoga shows in her ability to encourage and guide others in developing an appropriate practice to enhance their well-being.
Stella Snyder, MS, RYT200 Stella is YCAT trained by Jnani Chapman through her program for cancer and chronic illness. She hold a master’s degree in biology and enjoys exploring the healing benefits of yoga in light of her studies in anatomy and endocrinology. She sees yoga therapy as described by Desikachar, “Awareness, breath, and movement. That is yoga.” She started her yoga practice with a Groupon from her mother, and was drawn deeper into the practice when she saw how much yoga heals.
